Jaeger Schnitzel
Description:  The original recipe called for plain breadcrumbs but since there were no other spices, I used Italian breadcrumbs instead. Goes great with Mushroom Gravy

I like this better with veal which was so thinly sliced. Mushroom gravy is a must.

The Jaeger Schnitzel is very good all the rave goes to the Mushroom Gravy in another recipe. I pounded the hell out of the pork chops but should have done a little more to really get them to ¼ inch thick. I made this with 4 ounces of egg noodles but 2 per serving would be plenty.
