Johnny Marzetti Casserole
Description:  According to Wikipedia, the Johnny Marzetti Casserole originated in Columbus, Ohio at Marzetti's Italian Restaurant. Owner Teresa Marzetti named it after her brother-in-law Johnny. The large amounts of cheeses make this a very testy meal but high in calories.

This time I used large shells which are firmer than rotini. I boiled them for only 10 of the 14 al dente minutes and the results were much better, but still less firm than I like. Next time: 9 minutes.

I cooked the pasta for seven minutes according to the original recipe but it was a little mushy after more cooking time in the casserole. I changed that to 5 minutes for next time.
